Our inspector Mike was a virtual fountain of information.  He really took the time to explain everything to us and graciously answered all of our many questions without making us feel like we were inconveniencing him.  My husband and I instantly trusted him so much that we wish he could be our contractor! 

We did not purchase the house Mike inspected due to short sale complications, but we are currently under contract to buy a different property.  This house "comes with" a property inspection report that was recently conducted by a different company.  How I wish they had used Value Guard!  The report that gave us has minimal pictures and is difficult to understand.  It is nothing like the incredibly detailed, easy to comprehend, picture-rich report we received from your company.  We plan to have our own inspection of the property in the future, to get to know our new house, and we will most definitely be calling Value Guard.
